Job Summary
Own multiple 'Strategize - Build - Operate - Transfer' projects end to end, from initial strategy through clean operational handoff. Lead user research, market research, and hypothesis testing on new ideas before committing resources, turning ambiguous problems into testable plans within weeks. Identify structural inefficiencies across Tech, Product, Marketing, and Operations, design frameworks and process benchmarks, and prove viability through disciplined experimentation. Build alignment across stakeholders who don't report to you, ensuring projects get shipped, proven, and handed off in a state where the receiving team can run them without you. Report to the Head of Student Placements, taking on critical work even without predefined mandates.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years building things inside high-growth environments
- Experience with the 0-1 phase (rapid experimentation, hypothesis testing, getting an MVP in front of real users)
- Experience with the 1-100 phase (process design, managing complexity that scale creates)
- Comfort operating in ambiguity
- Ability to move from ambiguity to clarity
- Thinking in first principles
- Ability to rebuild process logic from the ground up and design something better
- Ability to prove a redesigned process works before asking anyone to trust it
- Reaction to role description indicating desire for ambiguous, high-leverage problems rather than coordination jobs
