Job Summary
Drive delivery of large and complex initiatives within the Enterprise Change Office, encompassing business, technology, and organizational change efforts with a strong focus on technology-sponsored projects. Ensure each initiative has clear outcomes by setting up resources, methodology, and governance optimally for success. Successfully navigate a complex environment with project teams, business partners, leadership, external parties, and other stakeholders to deliver on business priorities. Act as a resource for business contacts regarding initiative delivery and change capabilities while contributing to the development of the Enterprise Change Office.
Required Qualifications
- Experience independently leading large/complex business and technology initiatives
- Asset management experience
- Experience delivering technology related change with broad business / organizational impacts
- Ability to influence at the Director Level and above
- Previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience (business strategy, process improvement, change management, etc.)
- Ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work
- Skilled communicator
- Ability to influence a variety of personalities
- Proven track record in people development
