Job Summary
Lead and supervise residential programs across the Capital Region, ensuring regulatory compliance and satisfaction of the individuals we support. Manage diverse staff teams to deliver high-quality services and meet operational goals, maintaining a supportive 24/7 environment for the individuals we support. Act as primary supervisor for Direct Care Staff, ensuring performance excellence and adequate staffing levels. Manage program budgets effectively to maximize resources. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, NYS driver's license, and minimum one year of Human Services experience with supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s Degree preferred
- Valid NYS Driver’s License in good standing
- Minimum of one year of Human Services experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
