Job Summary
Lead planning and implementation of client onboarding while developing detailed integration plans and schedules. Drive requirements, design, development, and testing phases using a defined project management methodology. Facilitate project goals, track risks, and resolve conflicts within functional areas. Manage resource allocation, lead status meetings, and forecast changes to communicate projected issues. Coordinate third-party vendor activities and maintain the Program Management tool. Interact regularly with clients to determine needs and improve delivery, ensuring all actions align with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working in manufacturing
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Outstanding communications skills
- Strong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven balance of strategic and tactical skills
- Proven ability to consistently turn strategy and vision into reality through effective project management, technical solutions definition, and communications
