Job Summary
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Lifeline trainees, interns, and licensed staff, including orientation, individual, family, and group supervision. Coordinate services for Youth Development programs by working with Probation staff, subcontractors, and collaborative agencies. Establish and implement Youth Development policies and procedures while evaluating staff outcome achievement weekly. Facilitate Multi-disciplinary Team Meetings and supervise outside activities such as group facilitation, field trips, and outreach. Collaborate with schools, attendance review boards, and contractors to provide prevention, diversion, and intervention expertise to the North Coastal community. Maintain statistics and reporting requirements on the ETO database while ensuring accurate submission of fiscal documents. Deliver direct services to clients in a culturally sensitive manner and participate in department meetings.
Required Qualifications
- MA degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
- Licensed plus 2 or license eligible by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
- Ability to make sound clinical decisions independently
- Ability to effectively coach and guide clinicians and paraprofessionals
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation with a good driving record
- Willingness to use own, properly insured, reliable vehicle for the job
- Willingness to attend evening hours
- Willingness to work weekends
