Job Summary
Lead the Care Link intake program by providing clinical and administrative oversight, supervising staff, and coaching on performance and development. Monitor quality, compliance, and documentation while coordinating resources to maximize operational efficiency. Facilitate communication across departments, develop community partnerships, and support strategic initiatives to improve health status. Maintain familiarity with local referral networks and ensure regulatory adherence within the behavioral health outpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
- Current Ohio LISW or LPCC with supervisory designation
- Minimum two years of behavioral health clinical experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines
- Knowledge of behavioral health documentation and HIPAA
- Critical thinking and sound clinical judgment
- Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office
