Job Summary
The Program Manager will oversee daily operations of a residential home, including scheduling, supervising, and training staff, attending ISP meetings, assisting with medical appointments, and serving as a liaison to families and care providers. Responsibilities also involve developing individual habilitation plans, ensuring treatment plans are complete, and ensuring all required documentation is completed by staff. Candidates must have two years of experience in the ID/DD field, one year of supervisory experience, and a valid NYS driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) years' experience in ID/DD field
- One (1) year of supervisory experience
- Valid NYS driver’s license which meets agency guidelines
