Job Summary

Coordinate assigned programs and manage services by planning a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Lead project staff to meet performance goals, ensuring thorough case file reviews with no disallowed costs. Analyze workforce activities using Work-In-Texas reports to evaluate compliance and correct deficiencies. Identify community partnerships, address customer complaints fairly, and model Extreme Customer Service behaviors. Direct project staff activities, fill open positions, deliver coaching, and conduct evaluations while identifying training needs. Evaluate performance goals at the start of each program year to establish procedures for staff adherence.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of proven management skills
  • Valid Driver's License

  • Experience and knowledge of TANF
  • Experience and knowledge of SNAP
  • Experience and knowledge of other workforce development contracts/programs
  • Training in Trauma Informed Care
  • Training in evidence-based practice
  • Training in whole family services
