Job Summary
Program Manager - Cardiology at Houston Methodist leads program meetings, coordinates administrative and operational functions, and partners with hospital leadership, clinicians, and external vendors to design and execute program elements. Manages projects, drives stakeholder engagement, oversees communication strategies, and provides education and technical expertise related to program implementation and sustainability. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, clinical or related field OR Master’s degree
- Three years of experience related to business or healthcare administration
- Preferred licensure or certification in area of expertise
- Strong communication and project leadership skills
- Ability to work with physicians, administrators and staff
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
