Job Summary
Plan, prepare, and monitor operational and capital budgets for perioperative departments while analyzing financial and operational data to support decision-making, ROI reviews, and variance reporting. Identify cost savings opportunities through product trend monitoring, pricing review, and vendor negotiations, then oversee procurement, inventory management, and equipment purchasing for surgical and procedural services. Facilitate new product evaluations, product conversions, and implementation of supply and technology changes by collaborating with Biomed, Coding/Billing, and enterprise partners to support equipment maintenance, charge capture, and operational alignment. Prepare and present reports, cost-benefit analyses, and recommendations to support business and operational planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a healthcare or business leadership role
- Experience working with business plans and quality improvement projects
- Ability to work on-site in La Crosse, WI on a weekly basis
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration (MBA)
