Job Summary
Oversees Allina Health’s capital planning program, including development and execution of business plans, capital and operating budgets, and forecasts in support of strategic goals. Leads capital analytics, capital preview meetings with executives, owns capital-related finance policies, and manages the internal capital prioritization and approval process. Advises leadership, collaborates with finance and operational leaders, and designs ongoing education and training to improve capital planning effectiveness. Focuses on strategic alignment with executive leadership, service lines, and business units; communicates complex topics to leaders and monitors performance of approved plans and investments. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance (Master’s preferred) with 7+ years of experience in healthcare finance. Remote position within commuting distance of Allina Commons, Minneapolis MN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, finance, or related field
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in finance or related field in a health care setting
