Job Summary
Program Manager – Capacity & Allocation to align capacity across EECOE facilities and partner network. You’ll facilitate facility assignment and timing, maintain a forward-looking view of demand vs capacity, and drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Project Management to support on-time delivery and predictable execution. You’ll track placement decisions, identify risks early, and provide real-time visibility into capacity and constraints to Sales/Estimating during pre-PO discussions. The role requires collaboration across Sales, Manufacturing Planning, and Supply Chain, and involves supporting the SIOP process and multi-site coordination. This is a hybrid role that can work from North Wales, PA; West Chester, PA; Harleysville, PA; Brookston, IN; Bethesda, MD; Belle Chasse, LA; Bay St. Louis, MS with roughly 30% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6-10+ years in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or program/project management environments
- Experience in engineered-to-order or complex manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
- Experience with capacity planning, production flow, or demand coordination preferred
- Familiarity with switchgear, power systems, or similar technical products is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Hybrid role with flexibility across listed locations
- Approximately 30% travel
