Job Summary
Lead contract and technical performance for a multi-disciplinary agile team designing, developing, and deploying capabilities supporting critical national space missions. Build trusted relationships with customers, subcontractors, and employees to drive program success and reputation. Translate evolving customer priorities into actionable work items, decompose them to drive mission readiness, and track items to closure. Identify inter- and intra-program dependencies, remove blocking activities, and rapidly assemble cross-disciplinary teams to address cost, schedule, or technical issues. Communicate issues and solutions to the Government Program Office in a timely, transparent manner. Available for in-person work in Sterling, VA, with TS/SCI clearance required.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work in-person at a CACI facility in Sterling, VA
- Must have TS/SCI with CI poly
- Bachelor's Degree in a related business or STEM field
- A minimum of 10 years of related experience
- At least 7 years of Project/Program Management experience
- Successful management of a hardware/software program of similar size, scope, and complexity—preferably aligned with mission-critical or space‐domain environments
- Westfields or Intelligence Community experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse technical teams supporting sensitive missions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive solutions under pressure
- Subcontract Management experience
Desired Qualifications
- Full systems lifecycle experience, ideally spanning concept development through delivery of operational mission systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes and tools
- Experience managing an infrastructure, network architecture, or development environment team—especially in support of mission systems or space-ground architectures
