Job Summary
Program Manager - C2 Deployment for the IBCS-M program, serving as deputy program manager with deployment planning, execution, and event/exercise support. Bridges software engineering, program leadership, and operational fielding to ensure C2 capabilities deploy on time and meet customer expectations across U.S. Army and allied partner nations. Owns deployment lifecycle from planning through sustainment, leads exercises and demonstrations, and represents end-user needs in program decisions. Demonstrates strategic/tactical thinking, develops deployment frameworks, and troubleshoots software integration with soldiers at customer sites. Builds repeatable deployment processes, coordinates cross-functional teams, translates warfighter feedback into engineering priorities, and maintains operational credibility with Army stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in deployment operations, C2 systems, CUAS programs, or defense technical operations
- Proven C2 system knowledge including command and control architectures, networking, sensor-to-shooter integration, or fire control systems
- CUAS technical depth including counter-UAS concepts, radar/EO-IR sensors, engagement operations, and/or air defense systems
- Software system understanding with ability to troubleshoot integrations and translate user feedback into technical requirements
- Project management experience including schedule development, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
- Leadership capability with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution without direct authority
- Strong operational rigor. Ability to build structured plans, manage concurrent work streams, and execute against tight timelines
- Exceptional communication skill; comfortable briefing military leadership and translating technical concepts into operational terms
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time, including OCONUS travel
