Job Summary
Lead the authorized representative for the Task Order, providing overall management and direction of MACC-TTE operations while overseeing all contractor and subcontractor personnel. Plan, execute, and monitor program activities to ensure alignment with mission objectives, managing scope, cost, and schedule across multiple projects. Develop program plans, prepare reports for testing and training events, and track key performance metrics for government review. Conduct tours, briefings, and presentations for senior state and national-level leadership, including engagements with the Joint Staff and Department of the Army. Maintain program documentation and implement lessons learned to improve performance. Requires a Master's degree, PMP or PgMP certification, and a minimum of 10 years in program management with TS/SCI clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Program Management, Project Management, Business Management, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- One of the following certifications required: Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- Level III Program Management Certification from Defense Acquisition University
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management, or senior-level DoD/defense industry experience
- Experience working directly with senior DoD leadership
- Senior-level experience defined as: Military field grade officer or above, or Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (E-8 or above), or DoD civilian at GS-13 level or higher
- Experience managing enterprise-level technology programs
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing cyber range or IT/OT technology programs
- Working knowledge of DoD cyber test range platforms, infrastructure, and associated hardware
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
