Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-region business and strategic projects across CEMEA (Central Europe, Middle East and Africa) with matrixed stakeholders across Markets, Functions and Geographies. Translate objectives into clear project plans, manage risks and interdependencies, maintain governance structures, and drive adoption and continuous improvement of PM tools and standards. Requires discipline in delivery, ability to navigate ambiguity, strong cross-functional collaboration, and clear, structured updates to leadership. This is a hybrid position with in-office presence in Bengaluru, India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience delivering business initiatives or transformation projects in a corporate or consulting environment
- Strong grounding in project management methodologies; formal certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous but not essential
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Proven ability to operate effectively in dynamic, changing environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
