Job Summary
Program Manager (Business Operations / PMO) drives high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to improve how the business operates—from new process design through vendor selection and enterprise software implementation. Leads multiple concurrent programs, builds structure in ambiguity, translates leadership intent into clear plans, decisions, and execution, and partners with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, IT, Support, Sales Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver on time with measurable adoption. Requires comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment, and data-driven decision-making. In-office role in Makati with standard business hours. Responsibilities include defining charters and work plans, establishing governance cadence, leading vendor evaluation (RFP/RFQ), documenting future-state processes, planning software implementations, managing change management and training, executing UAT and go-live readiness, tracking KPIs and benefits realization, running structured workshops, and producing executive-ready documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, consulting, or similar cross-functional delivery roles
- 2+ years leading initiatives that include process design/implementation and/or enterprise software implementations
- Experience managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously with measurable delivery outcomes
- Proven track record partnering with senior leaders and presenting structured updates, risks, and decisions
- Hands-on experience creating and managing program artifacts (charters, work plans, RAID logs, stakeholder/comms plans)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
