Job Summary
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives while developing assessment protocols to monitor performance and drive improvements. Direct operations strategies, establish milestones, and supervise project managers to ensure goals are reached and complex problems are resolved. Coordinate with stakeholders to create detailed implementation plans, manage budgets, and apply change and risk management principles. Oversee cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and deliver initiatives against established business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 12 to 17 years of experience in Program Management
- Should have handled business functions such as Financial Operations, Marketing Ops etc
