Job Summary
Lead strategic leadership to support growing and sustaining environmental service programs while ensuring business development and program delivery align with strategic goals. Develop overall direction to guide planning at the service, client, and contract levels, and provide direct input by generating leads and offering technical support for proposal development. Manage conflicts and cultivate business relationships with various groups within Calista, Bilista, and multiple client organizations. Ensure programs meet expected goals and deliver planned benefits while identifying, analyzing, and preparing for program risks. Maintain compliance to quality, safety, and security processes with Safety as a primary focus. Supervise Environmental Scientists, Engineers, Chemists, Technicians, and Project Managers. Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering discipline
- Ten to twenty years of proven experience in environmental services
- Experience leading projects/programs in excess of $50M
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules governing environmental projects and programs
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
