Program Manager, Brand & Creative Operations (Contract)

Own end-to-end program tracking and workflow management across Asana and Google Sheets, building project structures, milestones, and dependencies while keeping timelines current for multiple concurrent initiatives. Partner with the Account Director and Creative Leads on the full lifecycle of creative briefs, confirming capacity planning, scope, and deliverables before work is committed. Lead weekly status meetings, document decisions and action items, and provide executive-ready updates that distinguish current status, risks, and next steps. Identify blockers and conflicting dependencies early, assess their impact on scope and timing, and bring clear escalation options to Brand & Creative leadership. Maintain established intake, briefing, review, and delivery processes to increase visibility and accountability. This contract role reports to the SVP of Program Management, is based in the New York City Penn District, and includes a hybrid schedule of 2–3 days in office per week.
