Job Summary
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation and service delivery of the residential program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Coordinate all case management services, including hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and supervising staff through regular individual supervision and monthly meetings. Oversee client programming and documentation, specifically the development and implementation of Individual Support Plans and behavior plans. Maintain a culture that promotes client strengths, preferences, and independence while establishing supportive relationships with individuals with developmental disabilities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of related experience, and a valid driver's license. Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; $60,000–$65,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- three years related experience working with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults
- valid drivers license
- reliable transportation to and from work and for the transportation of clients to and from appointments and activities as needed
Desired Qualifications
- leadership experience directing a Residential program
- Ability to provide supervision and leadership to staff
- Ability to establish supportive relationships with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injury
- commitment to their individual preferences for treatment
