Program Manager BHT Day/Night Shifts

Oversee the day-to-day clinical and business operations of assigned site programs, guiding staff to help members obtain housing and increase income stability. Ensure quality support services and housing resources are delivered to clients while building a cohesive team that collaborates with internal teams and community stakeholders. Track necessary client paperwork and referrals through reporting, submitting required reports and deliverables to leadership. Requires 1-3 years of behavioral health experience, a high school diploma or GED, and current AZ driver's license.
