Job Summary
Program Manager at Community Bridges, Inc. oversees day-to-day clinical and business operations for assigned site/programs, supervises staff delivering housing resources and support services to clients, tracks client paperwork and referrals, and collaborates with internal teams and community stakeholders to ensure quality care. Responsibilities include guiding staff through program processes, maintaining housing resources and income stability efforts, reporting deliverables to leadership, and building a cohesive team to serve individuals experiencing crisis, housing instability, and behavioral health needs.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
- 1-3 year of experience in a behavioral health field
- Experience with specialty populations (i.e., SUD, SMI, children, adolescents) preferred
- Minimum six months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred
- Bilingual candidates preferred
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI policies obtained within 90 days of hire preferred
- Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing)
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
