Job Summary
Program Manager - Benefits leads U.S. absence and health management programs, oversees absence policy standards, system alignment, vendor oversight, and compliance to deliver scalable processes and a positive associate experience. Owns U.S. leave and disability administration, third‐party administrator oversight, and health management initiatives (condition management, preventive health, well‐being). Partners with Total Rewards, HR Solutions, HR Shared Services, Legal, Finance, HR Technology, and external vendors to execute policy, maintain data integrity, and align with Global Benefits Administration governance. Drives TPAs relationships, escalates policy-system-payroll-communication alignment, analyzes absence and health metrics, and develops guidance, training, and knowledge content to support consistent execution. Supports communications strategy for absence, leave, and health programs and collaborates with payroll, HR, and vendors to resolve issues and improve operations. Maintains process documentation and training materials; supports transformation by operating at strategic and executional levels. Equal opportunity employer. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of progressive experience in absence management, leave administration, disability, or health & welfare benefits
