Job Summary
Program Manager to define the program architecture and drive global project/program execution for medical devices. Leads cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Medical, Manufacturing) to execute projects of medium scale, support global product development and line extensions, and guide go-to-market strategy for successful commercial launches. Responsibilities include portfolio review, resource budgeting, quality and regulatory compliance, design control processes, and driving innovation to meet customer needs. Requires leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to influence across functions to achieve program objectives.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years relevant experience in product development and design with at least 3 years product development and design experience in medical devices/products
- Minimum of 1-3 years project management experience
