Job Summary
Plan, organize, and manage all activities necessary to ensure the successful completion of assigned programs within established objectives regarding quality, reliability, scheduling, and cost projection. Develop detailed program plans including budget, resource allocation, and program communication while managing the entire program process with P&L responsibility. Consolidate product requirements, develop relevant documents, and create forecasts for new opportunities and expansion of existing programs. Partner with internal functions for product design, production, delivery, and support, while working with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote relationships with Axillon Aerospace. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to pursue new opportunities and present strategic plans to grow the business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Possess a strong technical background to understand and evaluate the technical specifications, requirements and capabilities associated with the program
- Good/Strong/Excellence verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines
