Program Manager

Identify opportunities for global business expansion in support of customer offshore design and manufacturing. Develop and maintain business relationships by providing solutions to achieve identified strategy and financial objectives. Plan and manage program migrations to meet product delivery, customer service, and revenue goals. Coordinate sales and support team efforts across assigned accounts and regions. Review customer requirements, assign resources, and create project schedules. Collaborate with global sales, support, and internal stakeholders. Track outbound manufacturing migrations and document changes in pricing, margins, and revenue analysis. Update critical business information in migration databases. Create custom migration strategies for design region customers and execute based on set strategies. Ensure inter-regional margin splits are reported accurately.
