Job Summary
Program Manager for the San Antonio SAT Terminal Development Program leads and directs construction management across Architectural, MEP, and related disciplines; manages prime and subconsultant contracts; collaborates with client staff to deliver a quality project on time and within budget; develops procedures for program and construction management, negotiates contracts and change orders, responds to RFIs and submittals, forecasts budgets, coordinates bidding in line with FAA/state procurement rules, and oversees the Construction Manager at Risk while maintaining client communications and stakeholder presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, building construction, construction management, or related field
- 6+ years' experience in direct management of design/construction programs with direct experience in new terminal project management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in design project management and construction contract administration
- Understanding of basic Public Sector Procurement procedures
- General understanding of municipal budgeting procedures
- Preferred Aviation Experience
- Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, Certified Construction Manager or Project Management Professional
