Job Summary

Own execution of cohort-based programs, fellowships, convenings, and other initiatives from planning through completion. Build and manage detailed timelines, work plans, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery of sessions, events, and program milestones. Serve as the primary point of contact for participants, fostering strong relationships and ongoing engagement, while contributing to relational and facilitation aspects to support cohort dynamics. Coordinate across facilitators, vendors, partners, and internal teams; monitor program flow and outcomes; support evaluation and continuous improvement. Maintain systems for tracking progress and participation, and help identify opportunities to strengthen workflows and program infrastructure. The role combines program design translation with hands-on execution and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-impact experiences for adult professionals in Jewish learning contexts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in Jewish communal, educational, or related settings, with increasing responsibility for coordinating or delivering programs or learning experiences
  • Experience supporting cohort-based programs or learning environments for adult professionals, including an ability to engage group dynamics and foster meaningful peer-based learning
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse participants and stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating across internal teams, facilitators, and external partners
  • Comfort working with digital tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms (e.g., Asana), CRM systems, and communication tools
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • A relationship-driven approach, with a commitment to creating meaningful participant experiences
  • Familiarity with Jewish learning, tradition, or text study, and/or experience in Jewish educational settings, is a plus
