Job Summary
Program Manager for Asset Operations leads a portfolio of ICT initiatives supporting Asset Operations and broader IT delivery in a full-time Brisbane role with hybrid working. You will deliver complex ICT programs across Asset Operations/OT, provide direction and coaching to a project delivery team, resolve delivery and resourcing challenges, partner with operational, corporate and technology stakeholders, maintain governance and cadence with stakeholders, and ensure programs deliver outcomes that improve operational reliability and service.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing ICT programs or portfolios
- Experience working in Asset Operations / OT environments
- People leadership experience with a focus on support and stability
- Ability to communicate clearly in written, verbal or visual formats
- Strong stakeholder management across varied business groups
- Experience working with governance, risk and delivery frameworks
