Job Summary
Program Manager needed to lead cross-functional teams supporting autonomous vehicle integration programs for Army initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining integrated program schedules and budgets, monitoring performance against cost, schedule, and quality objectives, overseeing deliverables to satisfy customer requirements, managing risk across technical, schedule, manufacturing, and cost domains, coordinating resources across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics, and customer representatives, driving initiatives to improve program execution and efficiency, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and applicable industry standards, and communicating progress to executive leadership. Travel up to 25% annually.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Secret Clearance
- Willingness to travel CONUS or OCONUS 25% annually
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent, and eight years of related experience
