Job Summary
Residential Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities in Lunenburg, MA. Responsibilities include mentoring and supervising shift supervisors and direct care staff, ensuring adherence to DDS and state regulations, maintaining staffing schedules, assisting with writing clinical assessments and ISP assessments, and on-call duties. Role involves administering medication when required, conducting in-house and agency-contracted training, adhering to budget guidelines, and supporting residents with daily living skills, behavioral/habilitative plans, and medical/psychiatric/socio-emotional needs. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience, and strong interpersonal/organizational/communication skills. Previous supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
