Job Summary
Lead cross-functional teams on curriculum development, training operations, and modernization initiatives for large-scale federal transition assistance programs. Manage project implementation plans, staffing strategies, and operational readiness while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and quality control requirements. Coordinate regional operations and monitor program risks to support the delivery of transition services to approximately 200,000 Service members annually across 300 military installations. Serve as the primary point of contact with Government leadership to meet contractual deliverables and performance standards. This contingent, remote position requires occasional travel and a public trust clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of experience
- Master's degree in related field
- 5 years of experience in managing programs of a national scope, preferable for the DoD
- Project Management Professional certification (or equivalent industry recognized project management certification)
- Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government
- Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
