Job Summary
Program Manager will have complete oversight and administrative control over the entire contract workforce and serve as the senior liaison between the Contractor and Government, interacting directly with the Contracting Officer, COR/ACOR, and TTMs to ensure all contract requirements are met. The role includes active participation in meetings, briefings, conferences, seminars, progress reviews, and other events as deemed appropriate by the COR/ACOR/TTM, with responsibilities spanning management, technical, cost, and schedule information and advisory support. Security clearance TS/SCI is required. The position emphasizes DoD/Army-related intelligence analysis domains and advanced program-management capabilities, including interfacing with senior military officials and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- MA or MS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services
- BA/BS degree in Business, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 15 years of management experience, including 10 years of supervisory experience on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services
- Certification as a Program Management Professional (or equivalent)
