Job Summary
Provide daily operational leadership for Rosati Place, ensuring staffing coverage, supervising Engagement Staff and Cook, oversee resident engagement, crisis response, safety oversight, and accurate documentation. Collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and the RN to support resident stability and medication-related processes, uphold Housing First engagement practices, and ensure regulatory and environment-of-care standards are met. Manage scheduling, staff performance, training, and regular staff meetings, with a focus on maintaining safe, supportive, and compliant housing services; role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4-6 years equivalent professional experience required
- Minimum of one-year supervisory experience required
- Med Tech Aide Level I certification required
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification required
- Annual TB screening required
- Desirable: additional certifications or trainings related to housing/health services compliance will be considered an asset
