Job Summary
Support cost and schedule reduction activities and provide program-level acquisition support to facilitate successful contract execution. Analyze overall program health to maintain cost, schedule, and performance objectives while developing briefings and schedules of program status for senior management. Provide Program Management inputs to Requests for Proposal, including systems specs, Statement of Work, and Contract Data Requirements List, and review acquisition documents to ensure consistency and accuracy. Prepare and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory documentation, and outline policy disconnects and management of acquisition efforts. Assist with planning, evaluating, and implementing program acquisition strategies, including risk assessment and market research, while coordinating with scheduling personnel. Develop and maintain risk management plans, execute program risk management boards, and support the development of funding documents such as Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- 10 years of experience as a Program Manager
- 3 years in DoD environment
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to apply proper procedures and processes related to area of expertise
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
