Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations and overall performance of the ABA Program, including seamless management of clinical professionals and team growth. Develop and maintain program operations, documentation standards, policies, and procedures while monitoring service recommendations, contract utilization, and quality standards. Collaborate with the administrative team on financial objectives, KPIs, and quarterly goals to support program growth and financial viability. Assist with recruiting, developing, training, and retaining high-quality ABA staff, and structure and oversee training for RBTs, BCBAs, and ABA Program Coordinators. Conduct performance reviews, monitor clinical quality, and implement quality improvement initiatives based on program data. Identify opportunities for program expansion and community partnerships to ensure responsive, client-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3+ years of progressive leadership, management, or program operations experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, education, or related human services
- Experience leading teams, managing operations, and supporting service delivery in a complex program environment
- Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and improve operational processes, analyze data, and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general technology platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams, administrative leaders, families, community partners, and external stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing ABA services or behavioral health programs
- Knowledge of ABA service delivery, clinical documentation, insurance requirements, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with ABA technology platforms such as CentralReach
- Experience with workforce planning, recruitment, retention, staff development, and performance management
- Experience with payer relationships, Department of Education partnerships, community-based services, or quality improvement initiatives
- BCBA certification or clinical background in ABA, behavioral health, education, or a related field (if applicable)
