Program Manager - APAC

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and launch of multiple New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within the APAC Program Group. Act as the primary escalation point for critical customer programs, driving alignment with global cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain. Manage complex program plans, financials, and risk mitigation strategies while partnering with key customers to shape program direction and support RFP responses. Establish governance structures, provide executive-level reporting, and mentor junior managers to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Global travel up to 10–20% required.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in a product development role or program management within mechanical or electrical systems
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale, complex NPI programs in a global, matrixed organization
- Extensive experience managing Tier-1, hyperscale, or multinational customers with high expectations and tight timelines
- Experience working with critical and demanding customers from large multinational organizations to provide timely updates and manage expectations
- Proven capability in managing program financials, including budget control, cost tracking, and trade-off decisions
- Ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously with competing priorities
- Strong ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, driving decisions that impact business outcomes
- Global travel required up to 10–20%

- Experience with data center thermal management, liquid cooling, or high-performance computing (HPC) systems
- Experience influencing and managing senior leadership stakeholders in highly complex global organizations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and customer-facing functions in a matrixed environment

- Strong prioritization, decision-making, and execution skills in fast-paced environments
