Job Summary
Senior Program Manager and Task Delivery Lead for an Air Force contract. Responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring contractual compliance, mitigating risks, and driving operational success within a dynamic environment. Leads cross-functional teams, applies government contracting knowledge, and leverages strong communication and leadership to guide the program through its lifecycle. Requires DoD contract experience, secret clearance, and advanced program management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 7+ years of experience supporting DoD contracts
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of government contracting processes and regulations
- Secret clearance
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- PMP or similar Project Management Certification (nice to have)
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) (nice to have)
