Job Summary
Oversee daily program operations, staff performance, and service delivery across foster care, emergency placement, adoption, and transitional housing services. Manage recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and professional development for program staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and contract deliverables. Provide operational, administrative, and clinical support during crisis situations, coordinate with agency departments and County partners, and lead Performance Quality Improvement initiatives. Represent the agency in community meetings, deliver training, and maintain accurate documentation and records. Requires a Master's degree in social work or psychology, current California clinical license, and leadership experience. Reports to the Program Director with administrative on-call responsibilities. Located in Fairfield, California, with an annual salary of $105,000.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's, PhD, or PsyD from an accredited or state approved graduate school in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Current LCSW, MFT, or LPCC license in California
- BBS clinical supervisor eligibility
- Leadership level project management experience and proficiency
- Ability to simultaneously oversee, manage, and execute multiple projects with good judgement of what issues to handle independently and which to elevate
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to motivate a team
- Desire and ability to manage systems and represent Aldea as a member of the agency leadership team
- Maintains positive working relationships with Aldea staff, partners, community organizations and agency stakeholders
- Strong computer and technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word, Teams)
- Ability to navigate EHR software
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Spanish bilingual
