Job Summary
Freelance Program Manager for a high-visibility, digitally focused engagement with a financial-services client. Remote freelance role running June 15–Dec 23, 2026, requiring proven leadership across strategy through execution, multi-project portfolios, and senior client collaboration. Responsibilities include guiding cross-functional teams across strategy, creative development, and production; managing scope, resources, budgets, and stakeholder alignment; facilitating discussions with senior stakeholders; and delivering outcomes using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and other PM tools is required; strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management or delivery leadership in a creative/digital/agency environment
- Experience leading large-scale digital programs from strategy through development and production
- Experience navigating senior client relationships and partnering with clients
- Strong understanding of agency operations, scope management, resourcing, and financial stewardship
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and other PM tools
- Hybrid role with in-office days; ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Passion for elevating creativity, quality, and collaboration
