Job Summary
Lead delivery of a portfolio of related airport projects, managing cross-project dependencies, schedule, budget, and resource plans to ensure coherent, on-track programs in a 24/7 operational environment. Own stream-level RAID, change control, and governance while coordinating technical, operational, and vendor teams to achieve delivery objectives. Forecast supplier performance, build stakeholder relationships with clients and vendors, and lead project managers within the stream. Requires proven experience in multi-project delivery and strong command of program methods like PMI/PMP or PRINCE2.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple related projects or a delivery stream to time, cost and quality
- Strong command of program/project methods (PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, agile/hybrid)
- Skilled in cross-project planning, dependency, budget and risk management
- Ability to lead project managers and multi-disciplinary, multi-vendor teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in aviation, airports or comparable 24/7 critical-infrastructure environments
- Familiarity with airport programs (terminal openings, ORAT/transition)
- Exposure to MSI delivery models
- Programs/project certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) and/or SAFe
- Program/project certification strongly preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent)
