Program Manager - AI Initiatives

Job Summary
Lead and execute enterprise AI programs across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry, ensuring alignment with business priorities and IT strategy. Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from planning and requirements alignment through execution, deployment, and adoption. Drive development of AI platforms such as landing zones and catalog solutions, while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and external partners to translate requirements into delivered solutions. Manage vendor relationships and workstreams to ensure accountability and adherence to Dexcom standards, and facilitate Agile delivery processes including backlog management and sprint planning using Jira and Confluence. Proactively identify risks and dependencies to maintain program momentum and drive adoption of AI capabilities across the organization. Work hours are in US Pacific Time with a hybrid schedule. This individual contributor role requires 8-12 years of experience leading global programs and managing complex cross-functional initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 8-12 years of experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven experience leading global programs involving multiple stakeholders, teams, and vendors
- Strong execution mindset with demonstrated ability to drive initiatives forward, remove blockers, and deliver results
- Experience working within Agile environments, including hands-on use of Jira and/or Confluence for program tracking and delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies, Power Platform, Copilot, and/or Azure-based solutions
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution discipline
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and 8-12 years related experience or Master's degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 2-4 years of experience

Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Power Platform, or Azure AI
- Experience managing AI-specific programs
- Experience supporting or coordinating Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint or Saviynt
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management certification
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences)
- Experience working with globally distributed teams, including offshore delivery models
