Job Summary
Manage the daily operation of the IT contract by providing administrative and technical direction to Program Leads and line employees. Recruit, hire, and terminate personnel to ensure 95% staffing levels with cleared, qualified individuals capable of performing all requirements. Oversee contract deliverables, support services, and security integrity while maintaining accurate documentation per FBI procedures. Establish improved procedures and controls to enhance efficiency, ensuring all Visitor Access Requests remain current without lapse. Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service, while communicating frequently with program leads and keeping representatives informed of personnel status and contract issues. Requires TS clearance and 10+ years of IT experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position
- TS clearance
