Job Summary
Provide educational and training support for USAFSAM staff and Department of Defense medical personnel while maintaining medical readiness and deployment training standards. Collect, monitor, analyze, and report training and readiness data to support program performance, and maintain SharePoint records to ensure accurate reporting. Coordinate training requirements, resolve scheduling conflicts, and manage Warrior Training Center administrative activities. Track nursing licensure, certifications, and continuing education activities to support the Comprehensive Medical Readiness Program. Develop program objectives, establish priorities, and present complex information through written reports and briefings. Monday-Friday, 0730-1630 at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a medical-related environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of applicable Air Force standards, military and civilian policies, and procedures, with successful completion of USAFSAM and department orientation within 60 days of hire
- Knowledge of the Comprehensive Medical Readiness Program (CMRP), Training Affiliation Agreements, nursing competencies, and continuing education program requirements
- Ability to provide a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the start of performance
- Monday-Friday, 0730-1630
Desired Qualifications
- Prior instructional experience
- Prior office management experience
- Experience with Excel, spreadsheets, and data collection
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of the Joint Trauma Service, Air Force Medical Service Clinical Practice Guidelines, and educational delivery methods
