Job Summary
Lead a cross-functional team through all phases of New Product Development for Hyperscale Power, managing schedules and resource plans to deliver products on time and within budget. Prepare RFQ or program development proposals, coordinate with manufacturing and procurement for build readiness, and ensure mass production launch targets are met. Act as the primary point of contact for customer representatives, manage risk mitigation plans, and escalate issues to drive continuous improvement. Accountable for project KPIs including schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders while documenting lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience as Program Manager or with a proven track-record of project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving tools
- Good interpersonal skills
- Capable of team building (external & internal) to drive cross-functional collaboration
- Ability and desire to meet project, tasks and/or assignment deadlines
- Assertive, Analytical, with strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Location: Eden Prairie, MN
- Environment: Onsite, office environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with PCBA design and/or manufacturing - preferred
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum processes - preferred
- PMI or PMP - preferred
