Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of complex engineered-to-order projects across Life Sciences, Semiconductor/Industrial, Automotive, and Emerging Technology. Manage a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales, and ensure customer commitments are met with clarity and consistency. This hybrid role can work from Harleysville, PA; Brookston, IN; Bethesda, MD; Belle Chasse, LA; or Bay St. Louis, MS, with approximately 30% travel. Responsibilities include ownership of project portfolios, leadership and development of a high-performing PM team, proactive risk management, and consistent execution and communication across functions. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership in fast-paced manufacturing/engineering environments are essential.
