Job Summary
Program Manager for Advanced Electronic Warfare responsible for directing cost, schedule, and technical performance for an emerging technology portfolio valued at $20M+ annually, with potential growth to $150M+ over five years. Onsite role in Goleta, CA, requiring active Secret clearance and travel to Raytheon and customer sites (10-20%). Lead highly skilled technical teams, ensure IMS/EVMS adherence, and manage capturing and executing programs and IRAD. Strong emphasis on customer communications, program execution, and cross-site coordination with ability to travel and support business growth. Relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
- Program management, systems engineering, or related military experience
- Experience leading systems development and/or engineering design
- Experience with IMS and EVMS, and/or managing cost and schedules
- Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start date
- Relocation assistance preferred (as part of offer)
- Strong communication and presentation skills for leadership and external customers
- Willingness to travel between Raytheon sites and customer locations (10-20%)
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
