Program Manager | Adult Ability Center

Program Manager at Valley Behavioral Health leads administrative, financial, and direct care oversight for assigned clinical program(s), supervises assigned clinical program employees, and partners with Quality Assurance and Revenue Cycle to address compliance and billing opportunities. Responsible for monitoring business plans and KPIs, supporting client care initiatives, ensuring staff competency with technology and documentation, and ensuring regulatory/ accreditation compliance. If licensed, may manage a client caseload with a minimum of 10 hours of direct care per week. Requires associate-level education and at least one year of leadership experience; CPR and Valley de-escalation certifications are required. The role emphasizes coaching, program oversight, and a service-focused, accountable team environment.
