Job Summary
Program Manager responsible for overall management of production/launch seating programs, leading the Simultaneous Development Team (SDT) to meet timing, cost, quality, and launch targets; oversee scope management, SDT coordination, and cross-functional communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers; drive risk mitigation, action planning, and ensure adherence to launch milestones and process controls across multiple product launches within a program.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Experience with complete seat, interiors, or metals preferred
